Creekside Terrace – 1005 and 1007 Oak Street – The proposed project involves the construction of a two-story mixed use building comprised of 7,200 square feet of retail commercial on the first floor and seven residential units on the second floor. The requested approvals are a Tentative Subdivision Map, Development Plan, and Lot Line Adjustment.
