Verna Way Subdivision, 5675 Pine Hollow Road and 5718 Verna Way – The proposed project is to subdivide two existing parcels into six single-family residential lots for six single-story homes. The project is generally located on the south side of Verna Way at the intersection Lydia Lane and the north side of Pine Hollow Road, just east of Gibson Lane. The requested approvals are a Tentative Subdivision Map, two Variances, Site Plan Review Permit and a Tree Removal Permit.
