St. John’s Episcopal Church/Southbrook Drive Mixed Use Planned Development, 5555 Clayton Road – The proposed project is to subdivide the 2.77-acre St. John’s Episcopal Church property into three parcels for the existing church and two two-story single-family homes. The requested approvals are a General Plan Amendment, Rezone, Development Plan, Parcel Map, Site Plan Review Permit, and Tree Removal Permit.
